Magham Down 15kWh Battery & 5.7kW Solar Install

This client wanted to take full control of their energy usage while reducing reliance on the grid. After a detailed assessment, we designed and installed a 5.7kW solar array using 12 premium 475W Aiko panels, mounted on a flat roof with a ballast system to avoid any roof penetration. The system was paired with a 15kWh ZT-One battery and a 6kW hybrid inverter, giving the client high storage capacity and excellent self-consumption year-round. We also installed two tethered Zappi EV chargers, one externally and one within the garage, both fully integrated to prioritise solar energy for charging. The result: a highly efficient, future-proof setup delivering a projected payback of just 5 years 11 months and an estimated net lifetime saving of £52,000.
