Etchingham 15kWh Battery & 1.65kW Solar Install

This client wanted to begin their energy upgrade in phases, starting with immediate bill reduction and power-cut protection, with room to expand next year. We installed a 1.65kW solar system using 3 × 550W panels, with a further 6 × 465W Aiko panels planned for installation in the next phase. The system includes a 15kWh ZT-One battery paired with a 3.6kW inverter, housed within a purpose-built, weather-sealed external battery store to keep all components protected and neatly contained. An EPS backup circuit was also installed, ensuring essential electrics remain powered during outages. The result: an instantly more resilient and energy-efficient home, with projected net lifetime savings of £26,000 — set to grow even further once the additional panels are added next year.
